A restriction limits normal community access while the account remains in the server under a controlled state.

It protects the community while preserving safe guidance and the official review path.

The public explanation never reveals private evidence, staff reasoning, or other members.

The Info Hub remains readable for safe public guidance.

The separate Restricted Access panel provides the eligible support, Middleman request, and appeal controls.

Standalone canonical Rules and approved public legal routes remain usable.

Use support for questions about the account state or help that is not a formal appeal.

Describe the issue privately and wait for authorized staff to reply.

Do not contact staff through unrelated public channels or repeated direct messages.

The live system checks whether the account is eligible and whether a cooldown applies.

Confirm the warning before the appeal ticket becomes writable and enters review.

Authorized reviewers decide the outcome; approval restores eligible access and denial preserves the restriction.

Never expose evidence, reviewer identity, or another member through public documentation.

Do not use alternate accounts or unrelated channels to bypass restricted access.

Use only the official control surface and wait for the recorded outcome.
