- No harassment, threats, doxxing, hate speech, or targeted pressure.
- No spam, malicious links, token grabbing, or attempts to bypass Solvra systems.
- Follow staff instructions during disputes, ticket reviews, and enforcement checks.
2. Trading Rules
- Use the official Solvra ticket flow for trades that need Solvra protection.
- State items, values, payment details, and trade conditions accurately.
- Do not pressure another trader or middleman to skip bot steps or move off-ticket.
- Keep relevant proof available until the ticket and any dispute window are complete.
3. Middleman & Staff Rules
- Middlemen must stay neutral and follow the official guide and ticket procedure.
- No side deals, personal fees, favoritism, or private pressure while acting as a middleman.
- Escalate unclear, risky, or hostile situations to a Middleman Manager.
- Staff access may only be used for Solvra operations, safety, and enforcement.
4. Data & Privacy
By using Solvra, you agree that we store trade data, vouches, and enforcement records as described in our Privacy Policy: solvra.gg/privacy. You can request data export or deletion at any time via contact@solvra.gg.
Do not post private personal data, account credentials, payment secrets, or unrelated third-party information in public channels or tickets.
5. Enforcement & Appeals
Solvra may warn, restrict, remove, or ban users when evidence supports abuse, scams, repeated rule violations, or safety risk. Appeals and disputes should be opened through the official ticket or dispute process so staff can review the internal evidence.
