SOLVRA
Terms
Last updated: June 20, 2026
Effective: June 10, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Solvra Discord community and the services we provide, including the Middleman ticket service. Short version: trade only in official tickets, we never hold your money, and you always stay responsible for your own trades, accounts, and platform compliance.
Solvra is operated by Aleksander Stojanovic, Austria (registered business setup in progress; the registered address will be added here once available). Contact: contact@solvra.gg. Disputes and appeals: dispute@solvra.gg. Privacy: privacy@solvra.gg.
Solvra is a gaming community with a structured trading process. We provide ticket handling, verification of staff and Middlemen, logging, and temporary custody of digital items during a trade. Solvra is not a marketplace inventory, not an escrow or financial service, not a payment processor, not insurance, not a refund service, and not a party to your trade. Trades are agreements between the two traders only. Middlemen are independent community members, not Solvra employees or agents. Middlemen receive 100% of service fees for their own time and are responsible for their own taxes and legal obligations.
You accept these terms and the Solvra Rules when you complete server onboarding, and again each time you open or use a ticket. You must meet Discord's minimum age (13). Money tickets require you to be 18+ or have parent/guardian consent. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use tickets or services.
Solvra protection applies only inside official ticket channels in the official Solvra server. Both traders must confirm the trade setup (items, price, payment method, fee payer) inside the ticket. The Middleman may temporarily hold digital items to support the handoff. Keep all agreements, changes, evidence, and handoffs inside the ticket. Never share passwords, email logins, 2FA codes, recovery codes, payment secrets, or remote access with anyone, including people claiming to be staff.
Item-for-item trades are free. Money trades use a mandatory Middleman service fee (see the pricing page for the formula). The fee is paid to the assigned Middleman, not to Solvra. By starting a money trade you expressly request that the Middleman service begins immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose your statutory withdrawal right once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, you owe a proportional amount for the part already performed. To withdraw, email dispute@solvra.gg with your ticket ID, Discord name, and date. Completed service fees are final, except where mandatory law gives you more rights.
Buyer-to-seller payments stay strictly between traders. Solvra never holds, processes, transfers, refunds, insures, or guarantees money or payments. Trading in-game items for real money can violate game or platform terms (for example Epic Games' terms for Fortnite content). Possible account bans, item wipes, rollbacks, or value changes are your own risk. Solvra and its staff are not responsible for losses caused by other users or third parties, including scams, fraud, chargebacks, failed trades, broken promises, or actions of game publishers, platforms, or payment providers, including losses on items held during a trade that are caused by such events. Nothing in these terms limits liability for Solvra's own intent or gross negligence, for personal injury, or removes mandatory consumer rights that apply to you by law.
Payment, refund, chargeback, tax, and provider disputes stay between the traders and their payment providers. Filing a false chargeback on a completed trade is treated as fraud and leads to enforcement, including bans and registry records.
The Solvra Rules are part of these terms. Staff may warn, time out, close, pause, refuse, restrict, blacklist, ban, or report activity that breaks policy or creates risk. A restriction is a safety measure, not automatically a public fraud verdict. You can appeal any enforcement decision through a support ticket or by emailing dispute@solvra.gg. Appeals are reviewed case by case.
By using the Solvra Discord server and related services you acknowledge that messages in non excluded server text channels may be transiently scanned by rule based safety systems for scams, threats, and harmful content. Non flagged messages are not stored. Messages that are flagged, reported, or actioned may be reviewed by staff and kept as short case records for safety, enforcement, and appeals, as described in our Privacy Notice at solvra.gg/privacy.
Ticket records, receipts, transcripts, and moderation notes may be stored for review, safety, appeals, enforcement, and compliance. Receipts are kept for 24 months, transcripts for 12 months; trade-issue and appeal records are kept as long as needed for open disputes, safety, and legal claims. Details and your data rights: solvra.gg/privacy.
Ticket, acceptance, and payment-method confirmation records may be stored to prove which Terms, Rules, guidelines, staff notices, and payment-method risk notices applied to a ticket or onboarding step. This includes minimal version, ticket, user-ID, method-category, confirmation, and timestamp records. These records may be retained where needed for disputes, safety, chargebacks, payment-provider disputes, fee/refund claims, enforcement, and legal claims, even if other account data is deleted. Details and your data rights: solvra.gg/privacy.
This is transparency for processing based on legitimate interest (Art 6(1)(f) GDPR). It is not a request for consent, and accepting these Terms is not consent to data processing. Your right to object (Art 21 GDPR) and your other data subject rights are set out in full in the Privacy Notice. For the full description of data categories, retention, recipients, and your rights, see solvra.gg/privacy.

We may update these terms and the Rules. Updates are posted with their date in the Discord announcements channel and on this page, and apply from posting. Continued use after an update means you accept the posted version. Austrian law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live, and you can bring claims before your home courts. Solvra is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Epic Games, Fortnite, or Discord; all trademarks belong to their owners. If a part of these terms is invalid, the rest stays in effect.
