Solvra provides middleman services for Fortnite item and account trading. We act as neutral intermediaries to verify trades between parties and help prevent scams. Our services are provided through our Discord server and website.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
- You must provide accurate information when using our services.
- You must not attempt to scam, exploit, or manipulate trades in any way.
- You must follow the rules of our Discord server at all times.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account.
4. Middleman Services
- We act as neutral intermediaries — we do not guarantee trade values or the quality of items being traded.
- Our middlemen follow strict protocols. Any deviation from these protocols should be reported immediately.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any trade that appears fraudulent or violates our policies.
- Only trades conducted through our official ticket system are covered by our services.
5. Enforcement
- Violations of these terms or our community rules may result in warnings, restrictions, or permanent bans.
- Enforcement decisions are made by our management team and are based on evidence and established guidelines.
- Restricted users may submit an appeal once every 30 days through the designated appeal process.
- Enforcement records are publicly accessible through our Scam & Ban Registry.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Solvra is a volunteer-run community service. Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not responsible for losses resulting from trades conducted outside our official ticket system.
- We make no guarantees about the continuous availability of our services.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
The Solvra name, logo, and website content are our property and may not be used without permission. Fortnite is a registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. — Solvra is not affiliated with or endorsed by Epic Games.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our Discord server. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
